I want to invite everyone to give Olivia a $Thank you. I never see anyone doing this, but could be I just don't see it. Anyhow, she makes me really enjoy working out and I love all her videos. She saves me a lot of money, cause I don't need a studio membership anymore. Hope, there are people who agree with me and share my expericence (also I do not want to offend anybody). :-)

I love how you *always* incorporate a high level of arm movements into your workouts! Just like jogging/powerwalking, arm movements help burn a lot more calories. Also your videos are the only ones that make me work for it every time. Thank you so much!

Thanks to your channel I managed to get off of some medicine in my weight loss journey, so thank you. 324 active calories with a heart rate of 120bpm. I enjoyed this, as I was watching the final Iron Chef episode. :)

OMG... I did it with wrist weights and I skipped all the breaks (only with the legs though, I HAD to rest my shoulders) and my arms are on fire, especially my shoulders ! Great workout as usual, thank you Olivia !! I went up to 169 bpm with an average of 125 bpm and burnt 310 cals.
