Two years ago I got out of an abusive relationship. I started doing this work out because I needed to feel better about myself. I started eating better and did a lot of other emotional healing work. I just wanted you to know this workout was part of a year Long healing journey for me. I am a different woman today and I help other women who are where I was. Maybe about 5 years I’m exercising with Gym Ra with different trainers.And time after time returning to Christine’s workouts and yoga practice.To tell the truth in my opinion-she is the best ,she is rock.I like her quite voice and very subtle sense off humour....when I’m swelling and working hard,trying to stay with her on the track... I really enjoy Christine's workouts. I am a runner so I need to work a lot of stretching and core. I use several of her workouts 3 to 4 times a week. I do have a problem with to many squats and lounges do to tight and tired runner's legs. These are perfect and she is a great instructor.

I absolutely love this video. Christine is such a good person to look up to when trying to achieve fitness goals. At first, she looked too good to be real and I thought the camera man would just be focusing on her killer body and she would just be smiling to the camera because she has a pretty face...but I was wrong. She is so calm and collective while explaining everything and she truly has perfect technique (which is how her body is so ripped) so it's a good person to watch to achieve that core. I WILL keep watching many more videos to come and work for her abs!! :)

Really enjoyed it had to work & breathe ..... Why is there is there only one sequence into humble warrior into left side & right knee forward, 13:00 to 13:53? Thought i was dizzy & had missed a bit till i checked tonight. It is anatomical ?

that was a great workout... i notices you forgot a couple of sequences that would have balanced the right side with the left, but other than that it was great. i loved the pace!
