Nutrition definitely changed my body composition. I always thought I was eating a balanced diet, but after tracking my intake, I realized I wasn't getting enough protein to build the muscle or tone my body the way I wanted. Trust the process and be patient ❤🎉 Great workout!!🎉🎉❤❤

I swear you were talking directly to me in the cool down- I work out 6 days a week and cycle and play sport. I eat healthy food for meals but my snack time when I come home from work is very bad I get as much sugary things like cake and biscuits that I can find and then get heartburn when I work out “ but at least I’m working out “ I try to justify to myself!!! Great advice thank you I will try harder in the other aspects of a healthy lifestyle x
