I’m not going to lie, my alarm went off today and I was like, “nope”. My body said to rest but my mind said dedication. I am looking forward to sleeping in and rest day tomorrow 😅 Agree with everyone, I’m loving the new style of workouts and the fun new variety and combos. I have an old foot injury that made the last balance set very challenging but in a good and motivational way. Was very clear that balance is something I need to work on. I also have a strong feeling my obliques are going to be very sore tomorrow 😂 Great job everyone!

well not going to lie I didnt love this workout as much as the last two days - for those of us with old persistent shoulder/rotator cuff injuries it was a struggle for a few of those moves!! Geez!!! What an awesome workout!!!! Super hard and I think I was running out of breath at every circuit breathing very heavily. Felt 💪 at the curl pulses x 4 and tricep kickback x 4. I need to work on my balance and I definitely will be focusing more on that. Good job everyone!!!❤
