HAPPY MONDAY SYDNEY, DUSTIN AND EVERYONE!!! Feeling amazing, after being able to crushed today 40 minutes full body strength, plus those extra 20 minute posted by Sydney today!! The format was great 👍 Awesome 👏 job Guys!! I’m very proud of my trainer, proud of myself and proud of all of you that crushed with me!! LOVEd ❤️❤️ 👍👍👍😻

Crushed it ❤ I remember being here doing these workouts 3 years ago. I restarted my fitness and wellness journey September 2020. I remember how I felt after completing my first Summer Time Fine program. I have never left this channel since. Sydney is a power house and she has helped transform me more ways than I can describe. I will be turning 37 at the end of this month and I really can not believe how far I/we have come Cheers to moving with intentions towards for better health for a more meaningful life ❤

Full body strength yey!!! We are becoming stronger and endurance is increasing for us friends. Let us face this beginning challenge this week together. We can do it!!! Finished this workout just now with strong and stronger motto and the fact that my trainer is proud of me. Did yesterday's stretch to relax and cool down.

YES! Day 8 done! Whose squats with the feet on the dumbbells got me shaking badly. Now i need heavier weights. Its really nice. Someone else got a huge smile on their face when she danced at the end :-)

Really enjoyed this one! Great strength workout. Loved the power moves and surprised myself by going heavier than I thought I could 🏋‍♀️ thanks for always pushing us to try!

I had to move slightly lighter weights today because I have been dealing with some low back pain and I didn't want to irritate it but I still got a good workout in! Thank you Sydney!

Day 8 and really did it! slowly but surely able to bump up a weight for the snatches + the plank rows, going to keep pushing through everyday :D

I crushed the first workout of Week 2! I admit that I didn’t feel well going into the workout because I didn’t sleep well last night because of my period and stress. However, I made sure that I was going to do this workout for my mental health. I hope everyone has a good day and I’ll see you tomorrow morning.

It boggles my mind that Sydney can have a calm and in-depth conversation about shoulder stabilization and mobility during a weighted side plank while my mind is screaming, "AAAAH! MAKE IT STOP!!!" Also yay the dancing is back! WOO HOO!

This is the first time I have actually looked forward to workout- especially for such a challenging program. Not going to lie, thought I was going to die on those weighted side planks. To all of you who are 60 or over- trust me, you can do it🤗

I am kinda scared to say this but I will... I think this workout is my favorite so far. I really didn't want to get up this morning. But I am so happy that I did. It was great and I was able to increase some of my weight limits by combining my two 15lb weights to make 30lbs for some of the moves mostly Goblet squats!! Have a great week everyone!

I have been working out in different groups for 9 years six days a week. I lost 50 lbs and then plateaued 4 years ago. I desperately wanted to loose 10 more pounds. I have been doing Sydney's workouts for 3 months everyday and I just found out I lost 14 lbs! Thank you for keeping the workouts different, challenging, fluid, and obviously effective. They are making me stronger and help me reach a goal I thought would never be possible!
