Will there be another strictly strength training program in April without Cardio. I love the strength only workouts!!!!! Just started this program yesterday and loved it!

WOW!!! 💪🔥🔥🔥 I’m so proud of myself for getting through that without! I gave it all I could on that last burpee set…and it took every bit of energy I had left. I even yelled out to my husband and asked him to “make Sydney stop!” 🤣

Those burpees at the end....harsh, Sydney, harsh 😅 I liked that she grouped all the moves, so each area got a really great pump before moving on. 💪

I honestly have never said I love an upper body workout before but I loved this😅 the bodyweight warm up in the beginning put me in the perfect mindset and the pause for the triceps ❤️‍🔥 I don't know what those haters are talking about on Instagram Flex feels completely different than any other program!
