초간장 에 찍어서 먹고 맛은 살고기 부분은 닭고기 수육과 비슷 비계 부분은 청포묵 전체 적으로 별맛 없은 신장 안좋아와서 소변 찔끔찔끔 누는사람 한데 엄청좋음 시원하게 나옴

The Sunfish seems to be very difficult to cut. There must be lots of thick cartilage and bone. The flesh is so white and thick. What a huge fish!!! They do an excellent job!!!
