Day 9 done! I was feeling very very discouraged with myself during the first section. I could not do the movements right with weights, so I dropped them, but still had to be on my knees so they weren't right. So discouraging. But thankful for an awesome husband that kept encouraging me to keep trying, any movement is better than none at all. I have to keep telling myself, anything I do is better than nothing. I've just got to keep going and take it day by day. Thank you Heather for a challenging workout. I'll be back tomorrow. ❤

Loved the warm-up, hated the first circuit, survived the second one, enjoyed the last third of the workout. Thank you Heather for intoducing me to new movements my body cannot (yet) do. I'm really looking forward to the strength supersets that are up next, can't wait to be back to some straightforward deadlifts ;)

I love the new 5.0 - I feel like I can really control the movement and feel every muscle I am working. I don't feel rushed to do a bunch of reps. PS I ordered and just received the sweat shesh complete sweatshirt. It is soooo comfortable. If you want comfort, get one. Thank you, Heather!!

I’ve been loving these Pilates sessions in 5.0! The slower, controlled, intentional exercises are silent killers! I never feel like I need to do more when I’m done.

Where does this perfect control come from when Heather is doing a movement? She must have an incredibly strong core! This was a surprisingly tough workout, I had to modify quite a bit (thay side plank!). It would be great to show modifications for those who might struggle. Thanks for keeping us on our toes Heather!

I found this one really frustrating, round 1 I'm not capable of side planks on my wrists and was disappointed there was no modification suggestion. Round 2 and I kept needing to modify, have up halfway through round 2 and did something different because I was so frustrated at spending most of the workout time standing around trying to figure out something else to do myself. I really liked in previous videos I've seen modification suggestions in the up next part and missed having them here.

My shoulder was bothering me so I went down to my knees for the 2nd exercise. If ever in doubt just simplify the exercise.

Round one smashed my shoulders and wrists as they had not yet warmed up. Round 2 killed my knees and finally by Round 3 I was back in love with Heather. 😜❤️

I have Osteoarthritis in both hip joints and have tried many rehab type videos without any success. Today, I followed you along with Control Heather and it felt good in my hip joints. Very well structured movements. You have superb Control when executing the movements.

The first part of this one was a real struggle for me as I have shoulder issues and side planks disagree with the pain in them. So I modified using a bi5 lighter weights plus a leg halfway down. The rest was excellent! Thanks Heather! ❤❤❤

Me costó mucho trabajo pese a que use 6 y 3 LB me siento muy fatigada de los hombros. Tuve que estar haciendo pausas y modificaciones porque no logré hacerlos corridos. Es una excelente rutina. Estoy aún sentida de una vieja lesión en hombro así que tendré que ser paciente para recuperarme y lograr un trabajo sostenido. Gracias HR estoy aprendiendo de esto. ❣

It was sooo hard! It mostly targeted abs again and after the ab finisher yesterday, I already felt really sore. I started with those ankle weights but definitely had to remove them for the last part 😅

W2 D3 today✔️ I swapped out the pike push up due to not being able to do inverted moves. Such a sweaty great workout! I love the different types of styles in this program! Body weight is just as challenging! Thank you Heather!

Can I say that my favorite part of these workouts is that I don’t have to count reps, when I am brain dead from work I can just follow along, listen to music and wait for the beeps! The workouts are great too 😉
