Who else rejoiced when the abs finisher was only one round?!!! (Description says 3x) I was so happy to see the cool down on my screen instead of round 2!

Day 8 done ✔️ Oooh this was a Killer!! Am I the only one who thinks that using body weight only is tougher than using actual weights 😅🥵 and that abs ending....oh my days lol 😳 I'm here for it though, thanks Heather 😊🙌🇿🇦

I have had to force myself to do these workouts for the past week and a half, always loving how good I feel after. Today, was the first day that that motivation came easily. Hope everyone manages to find motivation throughout these 12 weeks ❤

I was happy to have a bodyweight day today. That session was awesome. Three rounds, I'm getting use to that! i added a low impact 10 min cardio HR

I was a bit worried the 5:30 AM workout might be too much, but it turned out better than I expected. Got a good sweat in and burned 240 calories!

❤OMG loved it!! Surprised myself on the Combo pike push up!! Definitely improving my strength in the push ups!! Push up freakin tough!! I rather do burpees 😂!! This workout super fun!! Hoping there will be calisthenics workouts popping up lots in the program😊!!

heather. i am enjoying the series so far but im wondering about your reasoning behind making consistently short-ish workouts. i was used to some being 40 or 45 or 47. Thank you in advance for helping me understand.

Woo! Am I the only that had to use 2 yoga blocks to get full range of motion? Those tricep dips were killer. Physically and mentally challenging, but we got it done! 😮‍💨😅✔️ I’m going to be traveling this weekend and, due to lack of gym access, will have to use resistance bands in place of weights. Would love if you could do some workouts with resistance bands or reels for modifying certain exercises with bands. 😊

Quick question: the chapters and written workout says that the core circuit goes for 3 rounds, but the video only has 1 round, is it 1 or 3?
