Woo! Am I the only that had to use 2 yoga blocks to get full range of motion? Those tricep dips were killer. Physically and mentally challenging, but we got it done! 😮💨😅✔️ I’m going to be traveling this weekend and, due to lack of gym access, will have to use resistance bands in place of weights. Would love if you could do some workouts with resistance bands or reels for modifying certain exercises with bands. 😊
