For the deep squat...how long did it take you to reach that level of mobility?

My hips have always been fairly open compared to the rest of me! So I believe it only took me a year or so to go from a slightly uncomfortable flat footed squat to being pretty stable there. I have a few squat mobility vids on the channel that you’re welcome to check out :)
