Elephants are so incredibly smart. The way the elephant communicates with them and turns it's back and backs up to the vehicle so they know it's not being aggressive or charging. Then backs off and gives them plenty of space to help. It amazes me how smart alot of animals really are. We owe it to our planet and the rest of the life on it to do better. To treat the planet and all life on it better.

Seeing humans doing the right thing, helping animals and be how we all should be gives me a smidge of hope, cause there are only a few things in this world that makes my rage boil up to nuclear proportions like seeing animals being mistreated, abused and abandoned by humans.. Animals, even wilds ones are the closest living embodiment of unconditional love that, despite being mistreated still shows love and affection. It sickens me how animal rights isn't on par with humans, both as living creatures but also as a vital and necessary part of evolution.

I'm happy that those people stepped up and saved those beautiful lives. All of our animals have been rescued from some where. We were able to get one, sadly only one, cat from a hoarder with more than 28 animals. My beloved has rescued 4 cats & kittens from the Bronx that were just left or abused. Covered in fleas, being used as a soccer ball or just plain old dumpster. What a great guy he is. Our lives have been enriched by all of our animal rescues. At one point we had 6 cats and 3 dogs. We could've handled more. Blessed be these wonderful people who stopped thinking of themselves long enough to help another !

Plankton in the Oceans too... Scarry thing is, that plankton is producing about 45-50%+ oxygen in the atmosphere, and source of food for many small and large aquatic organisms. So it is all not just about trees in Amazon a some people may think. And if you want to get more info, just read something like some reports, or even articles: "UN Warns of ‘Total Societal Collapse’ Due to Breaching of Planetary Boundaries", or GAR2022 ("Global Assessment Report on Disaster Risk Reduction" ) report from UN, from this year. At the end, I don't think we have a chance at this point in the long term. And in the next 20-40 years, it will probably get worse. Sorry for being so pesimistic. Sometimes I wish it is just better to read less...

agree. I'm really obsessing a bit about the terrible fate so many dogs/cats face in our country. I guess it's a hidden tragedy. So many of us have pets, we must think of those in shelters, rescues, pounds, strays, abandoned, etc. 💔💔 Over 670K dogs and 860K cats are euthanized each year. And that's w/out counting pets that were let down by their people and died on the streets as strays, lost and discarded animals. In our Nation, people don't want any law that they think stops them from doing what they want. But that opens up a huge amount of neglect, irresponsibility, abuse and other negatives. It's hard to get a chaining law passed everywhere and dogs suffer. We could advocate for fixing loopholes in animal welfare so animal control would be able to fix a problem, or new rules to stop the neglect/abuse. Feral cats are ALL over where I live and many were "outside" cats, which is risky. OK, I'll stop my rant. I've lived a while and it never seems to get better on this issue . These clips all started out so sad and thankfully had a happy ending. I think the dog stuck in the tar was the most heartbreaking clip. It's just so awful that humans caused most of these traumatic experiences for the animals. I'm grateful for the good humans who came to the rescue of these innocent beings.

Love these video's. I was riding my bike to a friends home that I was watching over & I heard this little meow come the side of the road, I turned around and called, this very young calico kitten came out of the long grass, I pick her up and brought her with me, I kept her for 6 months, I named her Lucky Star cause she was lucky I stopped and it was a stary night, I was able to find her a for ever home cause I financially couldn't keep her, I had gone to the ladies home, where Lucky Star was and she became such a beautiful girl.

When I was 8 or 9, when school was over that day, I was gonna get out of the school to buy candy, because im obsessed with candy. And when I was close to the candy seller, I saw a little kitten, crying for help in the middle of the road. No one cared, so I risked my life to get that kitten to safety. And when I saved that kitten, I got it to my school's gate guard. And now I don't know where that kitten is, but I'm still proud till this day. God bless these lucky animals.

I found a follow up on the dread-lock dod. Puppy was entirely shaved, bathed (about 3 times!) treated for parasites, ticks, fleas, and had his deformed paw corrected. He then was adopted by the same person (s) who'd found him. He has a forever home.

When I was around 6 or 7, me and my brother were playing outside when we saw an injured bee. It was an incredibly sunny summers day and it was just lying there, almost calling out for help. I got a rose and put it next to the bee, and it started drinking the pollen. My brother was brave enough to pick it up and I was brave enough to touch it. It was an incredible day, and it warms my heart to think that me and my brother were the reason that the bee was alive.

I fed a dying bee drops of sugar water when I was a child. It regained its strength, flew up and into my face, stung me, then died. I found out years later that sugar can cause bees to become aggressive because its full of empty calories etc.

I'm very sad to say that the horse with the overgrown hooves was humanely euthanized. The infection was too much for her. She did get to spend the last remaining days with people who loved and cared for her.
