OMG....amazing content. I used to be a trainer back in my bodybuilding days. I have been away from free weights for 8 years (a heart attack at age 50). Unfortunately, even after getting clearance from my cardiologist I never walked back in the gym. As you can imagine I gained 30 pounds over the years and literally ashamed to go back to the gym. So by the grace of God your video popped up after searching dumbbell workouts that I can start at home. I have a full rack of weights dusty in my basement and a bench that is used for storage. I picked your 4 week no bench workout which is challenging me for sure, and your videos uncovered the passion I have for free weight training. Great form, amazing presentation, great content. You have a new old lady fan. I am about to be the best version of my 59 year old self through your amazing videos and clean diet. Thank you. You are an inspiration and you have the body beautiful!!!

I've been doing the Majin Buu working out for a while now, and I'm hoping for another one-week routine with PPL Dumbbells only like version 2. Thank you very much, and please continue to inspire us.

I was totally lost, so I decided to work more, I decided to bulk and then followed all your workouts with extra 20pounds dumbell, I was 47 kgs and now I'm 60 kgs, my target is for 75, so kindly let us know a proper diet and foods to Gain weight, new year, new gains 🏋💪🏽

Im doing cardio and intermitent fasting (18/6) for a month now, my weight decreased (from 115kg then down to 106kg), and what i realize today is i think i need to build muscles already. I only have dumbbells and found this video and Krillin program. this is exactly what im looking. Thank you and hoping that this will remains free.
