Thanku very much for helping us..i used to follow Caroline Grivan..i still do but her workouts are quiet tiring..she doesn't take much resting time in between sets... I used to feel tired all the time....i follow her for cardio only.. I've started following you and hoping to results soon... Please make after strength training cardio ...and being a woman, which cardio should i do whicj doesn't effect our chests... I mean I don't want saggy chest so I don't do intense cardio.. I've asked many but nobody replied...thanks Midas..i hope I'll get the desired body one day❤️

Hello midas i’d like to ask since you have a lot of different bicep workout vids. Do u think it’ll be alright if i just follow one only (like this vid) and then like increase the reps and weights overtime? Or would it be better to use multiple bicep vids? Oh this question also applies to other workout vids targeting certain muscle groups haha. Love your vids!

It’s always good to change things up to prevent your muscles from getting too comfortable but if you’re enjoying the current program you’re on, stick with it a bit longer before trying something else :)

You got to diet right, and make sure your doing workouts every day (me personally this is what I do but u can do like 3 a week or something) keeping with the workouts and the diet will help you get rid of that fat. It’s been working for me so far a lot!
