Loved this workout and being able to be live today. Sure as our Nola snowstorm is melting it will be back to work tomorrow but I loved being with everyone to sweat and have some fun with a great workout, great community, and a great instructor 🥰

I'm always so happy when I make it through those arm routines and don't have to put down my arms. They seem like they would be easy, but they are not! Fun workout.
These mashups never get old! And I always love when you throw in the arm endurance at the end as part of the cooldown. Lots of fun, thank you!

I loved this workout! It was a little bit of everything. My pulled muscle or whatever it is feels better today. I was able to go harder today than I have all week. I was freezing in the beginning but by 20-25 minutes in I was warm. Thank you so much Chris! This was a fun workout with great music on this snow day in SC!

Adore the combo classes that you put together, time just flew by, burnt a bunch of calories, sweated buckets. Thank you so so much!❤Off to make Liver & Carrot Brownies for the doggies, their favourites. Made a very healthy banana bread using coconut oil for myself yesterday so figured it was the doggies time 😂❤❤

I was the person who didn't want to work out today, but I put on the camo leggings and reported for duty...and you kicked my butt! I hit my 2nd wind and burned over 300 calories.
