Meist hab ich immer das Gefühl, in den Full body workouts ist mehr Upper drin und lower zu wenig, aber dieses war echt perfekt kombiniert, habe diesmal nix vermisst 😊 vielen Dank❤

I only had a 20-lb kettlebell. The exercises were a little tricky with dumbbells, so I went a little lighter than i normally would. I used 20, 25, and 30 lbs. Excellent format. I really enjoyed it❤ Thank you for creating such great content.

What a challenge it is! 🤩 I had to switch between 16, 15, 11 and 9 kg, so it probably the most variety I used during your workouts 😅 (in most cases i use 1 or 2 types and in many cases same weights as in the videos). Love all the different exercises, love this winning feeling when overcoming the challenge and feeling the strength. 😍 Beautiful, amazing crusher 💥 Thank you! ❤

Hallo Kathrin❤ ich liebe deine Workouts und mache auch schon seit 2,5jahren krafttraining. Allerdings tue ich mir bei deinen funktionalen Workouts wie diesem etwas Schwer zwecks gewichtswahl. Geht es dir auch so dass du bei manchen Übungen mehr Gewicht nehmen könntest und somit manche leichter fallen? Denke immer ich müsste bei jeder Übung an meine Grenze kommen. Also mit 12 und 16 würde ich auch gut klarkommen aber bei manchen 12kg Übungen denke ich dass ich 15kg auch schaffe. Wie machst du das?

This was tough... Full energy needed and utmost concentration while swinging the kettlebell. Great combination! I had to switch kettlebell - dumbbell. Execution was key. Thank you for an amazing and challenging workout! 💪❤🦵❤️👍 so accomplished after🎉
