45 minute Kettlebell full body workout to fire all of your muscles and require a lot of stability and strength of your core!
You will need a mat and a kettlebell for this full body workout. The kettlebell I am using today for your reference is 10kg so a lighter option in order to perform windmills and halo. You can of course perform windmills bodyweight only if preferred. If you have a choice of kettlebells, you could absolutely go heavier during certain exercises!
Some moves can be performed at a fast pace than others so simply perform at a pace to suit you!
The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest! We repeat each exercise twice, most are one side then the other.

I’m on day seven of doing your kettlebell workouts. I am 5'7, 38 yrs old and am 268 pounds, and I have constantly told myself I was too fat to be able to do this type of stuff. I wanted to quit about three hundred times during this routine, but I didn’t. Not gonna lie I shed tears at the end, I was so proud of myself and my butt was kicked!

Another kick-ass workout! Just want to give a big shout out to you, Caroline. You dont know the impact you have made in my life, beyond just physical transformation. I've been struggling with some emotional and mental issues for a few years now, and your workouts have given me a great purpose, something I look forward to each day to accomplish, conquer, and come out of it feeling strong and confident to take on my other life's challenges. I really enjoyed this workout, focusing on form. I used one 20 pound dumbbell, as I do not have kettlebells. It was just fine! 💯👌🏻

I just want to say thank you. Seriously. I absolutely love working out to your videos. It doesn’t feel gimmicky, doesn’t feel over the top but it’s most defiantly challenging. Im 38 going on 39. This workout killed me lol😂. I got to 33 minutes and i had to stop. My heart felt like it was gonna burst. Im gonna try this again either tonight or tomorrow

This was the first kettlebell video I found when I started using a 30-lb kettlebell several months ago. I have a lot of training in the gym with traditional weights but after 8 months of a pandemic-inspired hiatus, I needed to get active again. I got 20 minutes in before giving up, ended up pulling some muscle in my back and was on aggressive pain killers and muscle relaxers for a week. Took me until the end of last August until I felt brave enough to try kettlebells again, albeit I didn't start with this video. Nearly 5 months later, and I just finished this video at roughly the same pace as Caroline. I'm so proud of my progress (especially having done it with a heavier kettlebell).

Completed using a mix of 8kg and 12kg (I don't have a 10) I love using the heaviest for swings, I like the feeling that I'm gonna tip over and my core working harder to stop that happening. 😂⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hi Nicola...I have just done with 8 kg dumbbell. All good really enjoyed it! Never done a full Turkish get up before...but sort of managed it OK...could do with more practise! Getting better at windmills but 8 kg a bit too heavy fitter this for me! Enjoy the rest of your day! Matthew

@@matthewalmond4688 hi Matthew, oh yes, windmills are hard, I wouldn't be able to do that with 8kg either. An idea a gym instructor once gave me was if its too heavy, yet you don't want to do just body weight, put the weight in the other hand thats lowering. You still get a good workout in your core and obliques. Try it that way, everything else is the same, just swap hands. You have a good day too!!

I don't think she human. She doesn't sweat, doesn't drink water, does not take a break. Sculpted like a goddess. So darn difficult to keep up with her workout. But her awesome physique keeps me going...:)

This was amazing!! I had to switch between different weights but I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS! I really liked how you showed how not to and how not to do it right before every movement. Even better I was thankful for the small clip of what's next.

The 30 min. kettlebell workout I did at one go, but this one I had to stop 4-5 times to catch my breath, it is not just longer but also more demanding. Both are great exercises that get the sweat out and heart rate up. Thank you Caroline!!

Very enjoyable 45 mins 👌 only have a 10kg KB but it was still very effective. So forgot about those halos 😇 how good they are. Did a little chest session after. Not be long now until Santa delivers all those Dumbbells, Pullup bars, Barbells, Yoga blocks etc. I have told him you have all been brilliant during EPIC 😉

I love kettlebells so much. One of the first things I bought when I started working out from home. I have one 8 and one 12. I'd never seen swing to squat before one of Carolines previous kettlebells. It feels weird at first don't you think like you won't be able to squat in time before the kettlebell comes back down 😂

@@nicolarowlandsadair6715 Hello Nicola. I use to only use kettlebells as they are so good for everything from lateral raises to punches. I agree with the squat , swing but once ya get the rhythm your on it. Really nice session and the 15 minute chest I did after just made me hit the hour. Hope all is good with you Nicola, 😉

I’m nearly 64 with some limitations but I have enjoyed the challenge of this workout. I needed to lower the weight for some moves, give myself a slightly longer rest time occasionally and find an alternative for the Turkish Get Up. I feel really good to have completed this . Thank you.

before i try this has anyone had any results from doing this? i would really like to lose body fat and get toned (plus doing a healthy diet) and wondering this anyone has had good results from this workout :)

I haven't tried this one yet, but her 30 min one will give you good results so I'm assuming this one will too. Her workouts are intense yet easy and effective 💪. So give it a try with a high protein low carb diet, you're guaranteed to see some results ‼️

All of Caroline workouts will get you results Jasmine! Especially if you include a healthy diet. I've been working out with her a year and a half. Fittest and the most toned I have ever been in my entire life! Go for it! You won't regret it! 👊🏻

Loved it! Used it as an add-on for the advent calendar day 17. I had fun from start to finish! I absolutely enjoyed that Turkish get-up🤩! And I always love the various kettlebell swings. Thanks Caroline.

Full-body Fridays are usually the hardest for me to select a workout!! I have quite a few of your full body WOs to tick off. This morning, I woke up and felt like doing a kettle bell WO as your KB workouts always get my heart rate up. This did not disappoint! 153 max HR. 🔥 Thank you, Caroline!!! ✅3/26 - Used 15/20lbs. 😃
