This workout is just brilliant. im nowhere near as strong as you but weekly practice is bringing me closer. is it ok to do the teaser without the straps - i can only pull myself up by holding the back of my thighs? fran xx

hey Fran thats ok! You will get there! Are you doing my free accountability program? It builds up from 10 minute to 20, 30 and then 40! Opc.me/challenge Also, Teaser without straps, its quite possible your box is too big and your straps are too short. If you're an OPC member I can look at your set up. If not, notice how long my straps are. You can also start from a rolling like a ball position. Of course you can do without straps but if I were you I would do more Back Stroke or Roll Like a ball into Teaser with the straps and hold, then do it again so that you get stronger and build up to the full Teaser.
