J&t I thought I was going to have to break this work out in 2 _30 min workout. But you know your audience, I finished it, but y'all was wrong for giving us that killer plank😅. This is going in the rotation. I appreciate you not having us go in the floor then have to get up constantly going work out, that to me tires you out, that up and down on floor. You kept us standing, till the very last segment loved it.

Hi Juice and Toya! I have Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, I need to excercise but it get tired easily, I can't follow most routines because they are too hard on my joints or I end up in pain the following days, but your routines are different, I have more energy, I am getting stronger and I don't end up in pain (actually thanks to your routines my back and neck pain are gone). Thank you SO MUCH! You are amazing.

Loved this workout! Challenging but still fun. The format was dynamic enough to make the hour go by fairly quickly, but still gave you a chance to really dig in to the movements. 💪👏

This one was the highlight of my workout week! 💚 If I want more of these? Sure!! 😸 Which doesn't mean that I don't love the shorter (and/or more body part specific) ones as well! Enough days when I wouldn't have the time and/or strength for a workout like the above & was glad to still make a shorter one fit in. Both has their time & place. This was great! At the end of the workout, I thought I would do 1mn of plank and there you go! It was scheduled in the video. I've never been so happy to find out that I had to do a plank 😂 thank you (following you from 🇫🇷) Also it's super cool that you put the ads during the breaks. This is absolutely flawless as we are not disturbed during an exercise. So thanks for taking care of our viewer experience on this point. Also the fact that we go straight to the point is ultra cool. My husband and I have started working out with your videos and love them! We are new to strength training so we appreciate the guided help! Could there be more targeted workouts so we can do arm days / leg days? We aren’t seeing much if any results are wondering if we need to do more often and target upper vs lower body.
