I was feeling lethargic but decided to push through this 45 minutes workout and now i’m filled with dopamine. Especially when Maddie smiled towards the end of the superset. I knew I’ve breakthrough another day.

Just wanted to add my voice to the chorus of people who appreciate this longer format. I've been doing your shorter workouts, combined with a daily hike, for about a year now and I love them! The longer format is a great option for those days that the weather isn't agreeing with a hike.

Thanks again for this apartment-and-knee-friendly workout, Maddie! There are no jumping exercises but I’m sweating all over. Also, all-in-one workout with warm up and cool down included is a breeze-no need to click other videos. So, thank you!💕 Madfit fam spoiler though: there is an additional set of 30 second on/off mountain climber at the end. You’re gonna hate/love Maddie here.😅

Greeat workout! I often forget about warming up (and cooling down for that matter) so this was absolutely perfect. I also liked the length of it. If I could make a wish I would love if you could do some more dancer inspired workouts also. Thank you!

I first did this workout almost 2 months ago on my first day of #75hard. It was absolutely brutal, and I started crying during the burnout! Proud to say that today, it was way easier than it was the first time. And that’s on consistency and strength building. I’ll be revisiting this one again to measure my progress!

Loved this one! I usually work out 45 min to an hour, so I really enjoyed the complete workout being in one video. I also appreciate it being lower impact and equipment free. Between my slight scoliosis and my auto immune condition, I need workouts that are gentler yet still challenging. Thank you! ❤️

Been sick for 2 months. Determin to stay active again. This workout definitely my comeback however, it's feels so difficult and challenging. I took more than 15 sec rest I'm between. Feels really demotivated. Glad I finished it until the last beep. Jas definitely helped tho 😊. Thank you for this ❤

I did this for my workout today. I am a bigger girl and this really pushed me. I like the modifications she added to the push ups (for some reason I just can't get many of those). I really enjoyed this and plan top do it many more times. I can't wait to see how I improve on this.

EDIT: Just did the workout, really enjoyed it, it's so convenient with the warm-up and cool-down included:). It wasn't as intense as others, and I needed something slower today :). I would like to see this 45 min format in the future for sure, I would only suggest making the warm-ups and cool-downs shorter, just 5 mins, so we can have more exercise, and to make a break between them max 30 sec, not 45 sec. That's it, otherwise I am happy to have you as mu personal trainer and look forward to you every morning :).
