Maddie, this was absolutely perfect!! One of your best full body workouts of all time. I always come back to you--you have the most effective and not miserable ab exercises. I can't stand unweighted ab movements and you always find a way to incorporate abs in a way I can do. Can't thank you enough also for the tip on assisted push-ups. I usually dread them, but I found myself actually enjoying them with the band for help? I felt my form improve and felt the burn without the wrist pain (I was holding onto dumbells). I especially loved the calmness of this video--this session didn't call for super intense electronic music or pop, it was perfectly accompanied! You are such a gem and I hope you know your immense positive impact on young girls and women everywhere!! Thanks for all that you do.

I love that you are so focused on form! Also I love that it’s not super fast paced but still tests my strength as some with PCOS I can’t deal with super high intensity. I also love that you include warm up and cooldown otherwise I have to find a separate video or sometimes skip it all together. I’ve been following your videos for years - never stop and Thank you !

@@miramounir7554 try and do dry brushing before your shower the next day you’ll feel like new ! There are lots of videos on KZbin with dry brushing! And make sure hydrate before and after dry brushing 💪

You are my favorite workout channel on KZbin HANDS DOWN! Love your instructions and all your reminders and all the work you put into providing such quality videos! When I first started using other channels on KZbin to work out to when I was younger, I believe it's the reason I struggled with body pain for so so long. But then I found you and just the way you religiously focus on form and quality over quantity has honestly been the biggest game changer for me! Okay despite the band crushing your mic 😂 using the band while doing pushups was actually so good for me! I felt way more support - really enjoyed this one, always love your strength videos but I do really appreciate a long one with a cooldown and warmup sometimes when I want a bit more of a challenge 💪

BRAVO ! Thank YOU for making working out fun. Thank you for being tired every now then and let us see it. Thanks for your sense of humour. For the older participants, a few workouts for the fit over 55, would be appreciated. Just as challenging but easier on the articulations, working balance and more. Being fit is so important to age properly but push-ups, squats, jumping can be damaging. Would love to see workouts for those of us who started with Jane Fonda in the 80s and have kept on going. I have been with you from the start! From complete obese beginner. Now more athletic with a love for weights, i found the pace challenging, i felt the aches next day inlcuding my glutes woot! Would vote for another another 45min full body weighted, as i will wear this one out soon! Ha

Great workout! When doing the skull crushers, my dominant arm was MUCH stronger than my weaker arm. What do you suggest to help with this so that both sides are getting an appropriate challenge?
