I am enjoying this ... my mood is more🧘 positive✌️ and I have had more water🥤 than ever and I feel good my energy on Sunday was from being on the sofa🛋️ but today I got up with💪 more enthusiasm and did the routine Thanks ❣️

I had been doing mostly bodyweight workouts until a couple of months ago. But since doing your workouts, I feel and see a difference especially in my legs. I really noticed my increased strength in this workout - so yay week 1!!!👍👍💕💕

@@ladicamille5932 Yes, I did. I'm also doing Vera's summer strong program but have been occassionally delayed to an old foot injury from walking of all things! Vera gives great results and these are my kind of workouts. How are you doing? Did you finish the program?

You can do the weekly schedules I post now (in my community tab) or if you’re looking for a full program, you can join the STRONG or STRONG SUMMER programs - they’re in their own playlists and all workouts are labeled starting with 1 🥰💪

I personally focus on strength training workouts and don’t do much cardio except for lots of walking and my warmups. I’ll add some cardio workouts as I do them, but it might be some time until that happens as I’m focusing on the STRONG program now 💖💪

Oh WOW, i can't believe i'm done with this one ! It was a tough one but i did it !! And MILESTONE : i did my first push up on feet ! YAY ! I feel so good, so proud of myself (especially at this time of my life when everything else collapses due to job loss etc...)

Day 5 was the most difficult so far. I modified lots of push-up positions. I stumbled upon your channel so started day 1 on Friday. Does this mean I have to take the next 2 days off?

My worn out wrists didnt like this! Much prefer your other workouts. My knuckles got a workout though! Looking forward to week 2! 😍

Bodyweight workouts tend to be a bit tougher on the wrists since we have to use our body weight to get a proper load. That’s why I do a lot of the exercises on dumbbells or knuckles - I know some people also lay a towel under their wrists for some extra support. You’re going to love the workouts this week 💪💪💖

I still cannot do the squat roll back stand up think adding a dumbbell may have helped for me use the weight to balance and pull myself up ..

@@VeraLaRo I didn't crush this day, bearly made it through. But I'm not dreading my workout days. I want to incorporate more slow steady cardio.....but I'm on vacation this week and the days go by so fast. I seem busier when I'm not at work. I'm going to make time for a 20 mins walk 3 times a week nothing too crazy.

I'm not gonna lie - I hated this one! But it really showed me the areas that most need improvement. This workout will be a great check-in every couple of weeks to see where I REALLY am! Weights feel easy in comparison.
