I had been doing mostly bodyweight workouts until a couple of months ago. But since doing your workouts, I feel and see a difference especially in my legs. I really noticed my increased strength in this workout - so yay week 1!!!👍👍💕💕

I personally focus on strength training workouts and don’t do much cardio except for lots of walking and my warmups. I’ll add some cardio workouts as I do them, but it might be some time until that happens as I’m focusing on the STRONG program now 💖💪

Bodyweight workouts tend to be a bit tougher on the wrists since we have to use our body weight to get a proper load. That’s why I do a lot of the exercises on dumbbells or knuckles - I know some people also lay a towel under their wrists for some extra support. You’re going to love the workouts this week 💪💪💖

I still cannot do the squat roll back stand up think adding a dumbbell may have helped for me use the weight to balance and pull myself up ..

@@VeraLaRo I didn't crush this day, bearly made it through. But I'm not dreading my workout days. I want to incorporate more slow steady cardio.....but I'm on vacation this week and the days go by so fast. I seem busier when I'm not at work. I'm going to make time for a 20 mins walk 3 times a week nothing too crazy.

I'm not gonna lie - I hated this one! But it really showed me the areas that most need improvement. This workout will be a great check-in every couple of weeks to see where I REALLY am! Weights feel easy in comparison.
