This was a little tough for me with the squats. But I did it till the end with breaks and sometimes without weights. Thankfully you can modify all the exercises as per your needs and in the end still feel the burn 🔥. Thank you Vera for all your efforts 😊

Day 4✅ sweaty mess when done, glad no one was filming me. The one leg squats off the bench were really hard. I didn’t use the weights,but I will get there. Cooled down on my bike for 30 mins. Now ready to take on the day….oh yes a Preview day five 😊😊🇨🇦

There should be a mirror that says “Walking squats are tougher than they appear “ haha! 4th workout DONE! That blood flowing in my veins feels GOOD! Thank you coach! I am really loving these workouts! I love how you really target muscles groups. It was great how you opened up the workout with skater lunges and squats with hamstrings stretch workouts. I ended today with a nice round of stretching! Another killer workout!

Loved this training session. I dread leg days. So far, really loving yours. Very fun. Just the right amount of built-in warmup at the beginning with a little stretching. Just the right amount of compound moves and even some moves I have never done before.

I LOVVVVVED this workout!!!! Loved all the donkey kick, hydrants w the dumbell. They are so under-rated and yet so good for outter thigh, hips and lower back! Also enjoyed the incorporated stretches into the exercises....perfect! And lastly, I SWEATED my a$$ off😊 Great wo, ty❤️

Today I survived day 4. I have trouble with getting up from kneeing in the one exercise but with time I'm sure I'll get better. I also struggled with the Bulgarian spit squat but I did it the best I could. I have trouble with anything exercise where I have to stand on one leg. It wasn't pretty but I managed to do them. 🙂

You got this!! So glad you pushed through and got it done. Those are hard exercises, but you’re going to get stronger as you go! Do what you can, switch to bodyweight if you need to. If you find Bulgarians TOO hard, start with a deficit reverse lunge 💪💪

I’ve seen you speak about it in several videos- I just thought a do this/not this might be helpful for newer or young people. Your workouts are some of the best I’ve ever seen! & my mom was a body builder that ran a gym for 25 yrs-so I’ve seen a few 😂

Day4: 394 calories burned in 45 mins....I felt every bit of my legs shaking and burning at the same time. This one was a killer. I can't imagine it being harder that this... I'm so looking forward to full body day 5 tomorrow. Ps..I don't think I'm doing the Cursy lunge correctly...can you please do a short explaining correct form?

Hi Michelle! So sorry! Glad you’re feeling better today!! If you feel up for it, you can do day 5 tomorrow - but if you’re still feeling tired, I’d say give it one more day! If you do work out tomorrow, make sure you get lots of extra water & some extra protein today if you can to help you recover 💪 The workouts will be there waiting for you 💖💖💖

Where do you get your dumbells hand grips? Also do you know if where I could look for dumbells in kg weight. Sometimes 15 lb is too light and 20 lb is too heavy for some exercises. I have looked on Amazon and haven’t seen any and also googled it. Any help would be hugely appreciated. I love your workouts and plan to stick to your style.

Keep working on regular squats & try some single leg staggered squats as well. You’ll build up strength before you knit it 💪

Wonderful workout! Thank you so much! 45 minutes is a great formula! However I was unable to do the chair pistol squat, I tried with and without dumbbells …..I don't know why?

Did you try it with your leg bent at 90 degrees as opposed to straight out? That could help with the exercise. It could be due to tight hips as well - keep doing regular squats, stretching, and drinking lots of water. You’ll get there!
