Because your workouts aren’t bouncy and crazy annoying painful moves-just hard concentrated work- I can mentally face them and you are changing my life. I never dreamed I’d be moving into the 40-50 minute range and enjoying it. It feels so good to be strong.

Day 8 done! I'm now able to do lunges & reverse lunges with 5 pound dumbbells. Up until today I had my arms laterally raised for balance. 15 pounders have become a little lighter for single dumbbell sets. So I'm getting the 20 pounders tomorrow. Woohooo

DAY 8 DONE!!! 💜 the suitcase move, not a fan of the narrow squat arm raise, that handicapped me to 5lbs DB...well for any of the front shoulder raises really. Everything else was challenging. I know if it doesn't challenge you it will not change you. I burned 406 calories for this one. Between yesterday and today I'm burnt. Gonna take tomorrow off and go for a little walk, see you Tuesday 😘. Thanks again for all you do to help me become a better version of myself.

I didn’t think I could do 10s for the arm raises but I pushed through. Thanks for an awesome workout. You posted how much protein you eat in a day. I need to up mine but need good suggestions for quick and easy ways to add protein.

YAY! Way to go!! I always say, you’re stronger than you think!! Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, any lean meats like chicken or Turkey, tuna, lean ground beef. For snacks, things like jerky and drinkable protein yogurt are great options. I don’t drink any protein powder, you really can get everything from food.

Loving the results so far. Also working on diet - cutting sugar and eating more clean. Just discovered Sucralose hidden in protein powder I use - hidden in a supposedly “healthy” product. Goals!!! Thank you Vera!!!!!!!

This was a great work out. I usually get bored and this one kept me interested till the end. I have been following you for months and would pick and choose some of your videos at random a few times a week and usually your 15-20 minute videos because I have time constraints. I have been working out for years and just wanted to drop a few holiday pounds and tone up. I wanted to thought if I committed to a specific program I would do the longer workouts and take it to the next level. I have missed one or two but in 2 weeks have already lost 2 lbs and feel more toned and much better. LOVE this video today. Thanks Vera!

Great workout...I love the variation, it feels like I'm coming at things from so many different angles. One thing I would say could improve this workout - less biceps, more abs.

Another amazing workout. I upped the weights today for few exercises. It felt amazing. One question though in superset 4 the first exercise are the palms facing out?

Hi Vera I did your workout today and I’m going to do your 8 week challenge. Can you please clarify if I’m supposed to repeat workout 1 for 1 week with rest days in between or are we supposed to do back to back workouts e.g. workout 1 and workout 2 etc for the full 8 weeks. Can you give me some kind of direction as normally when doing a weight routine you give a day of rest for muscle repair and growth in between?
