I haven't done STRONG from start-to-finish, but every workout I've done has been great! I love this one b/c each exercise does so much at once - I can really feel how it's working my core as well as my arms/chest/shoulders, etc.

Not gonna lie, as a total beginner at fitness and starting at square 1 in real bad shape, those workouts are HARD and I only got 3 done this week but it feels AMAZING (once done haha!) every time. Thank you again, coach, for creating this challenge! You really inspire me. 💕

My new favorite is the rear delt rotations! I agree with Ingrid, that hinged row to press out was hard. But whole thing was amazing and I'm super pumped for the rest. 🔥🔥🧡🧡

The hinged row to press out was the most challenging exercise in today's workout ! I also felt my core a lot which is always great ! 😉

Did day 3 today. I workout at the local YMCA and felt a bit wimpy since I had to use the 5 lb weighs for some of this workout due to a problem I have with my left shoulder and both elbows. The girl next to me kept looking at me weird because she was doing a workout with a 15 lb weighs and I had 5 and 10 lbs weights. I try not to pay attention to others but her looks reflected in the mirror were hard to miss. Lol. But I persevered and did the workout the best I could with my body limitations.

the lateral raises with the 5 pulses was the most challenging, i was like, "WHAT?!?!?, how can you do that??" 😅😅 a great upper body workout, thanks Vera!!

I was dreading Day 3 😫... To my surprise it's my favorite one by far. Burned 349 calories in 45 mins and another 46 on the warm up (395). It's only day 3 and I feel stronger already. Progress so far... Replaced 3lbs for 5lbs and 5lbs for 8lbs and 8lbs for 10lbs, I have a 20lb kb that I will use over the 10lb Kb for some of the workouts.. My left shoulder have some discomfort and I hope it's not serious. Not enough pain to make me quit. See you fabulous people tomorrow at Day4.

Day 3 ✅ arms are shaking. I previewed the exercises today that way I knew what weights would be best ,that way I was not stopping and changing weights during the exercise. Cat did not make an appearance today to see what its human was doing 😊❤️🇨🇦

Thank you for another great one! Sorry to always have a question. For best results, is it better to reduce weight and get all the reps in during the time, or use heavier weight and work to fail?

So glad you enjoyed it, Katy! Always ask away! I’d say it’s good to do a mix of both. I’d say for a no repeat workout, the goal is more to try and get through all the sets with max effort - but to finish. You wouldn’t want to pick a weight where you can only do 10-15 seconds. Next week, we’ll be doing multiple rounds, and you’re going to want a weight that still has you feeling challenged, but where you’re fighting to get those last few seconds of each set done. I know it’s not a precise answer, but I hope it helps 💖

Commanding adoration for the time, energy it takes to prepare and perform these videos. 🙏 My one critique is the music. It sounds like fingers on a chalk board. Had to have volume on off. Check out “Ironwolf” he executes powerful content…with just the sound of deep breathing and grit!
