You've truly gotten me spoiled for any other trainers😊 How you keep coming up with new exercises amazes me! Tuck snow angels?! What?! Loved it, but I'm going to feel that one tomorrow. I love that your workouts are challenging, but doable, and your pace is right on to get that deep muscle contraction, and , of course, I love that you're sweating along with us😅 And thanks to your workouts, this 46 yr old can run circles around the 20-year-olds I work with and keep up with 6 yr old! I usually avoid 40+min workouts bc I’m short on time BUT its the holiday break so I said “why not”!? SO glad I did - the extra time felt great and I burned so many more calories than the 30-35min workouts that it feels doubly worth it. Thanks! 🎉

Ok. Honestly kaykay deserves a comment on every single workout. I love her and I love how I feel after every single workout with her. I am working out a lot (in part with her KZbin workouts) and her workouts still challenge me. I am very much impressed of how she approaches her work as a fitness influencer, trying to be transparent, honest and consistent in what she is saying and doing.

I really like how you mix it up so we're doing similar exercises for reps but I don't feel like we're doing the same exercise all the time. It makes the time go by really fast. This was a great workout.

The mini split squat was crazy intense. I went heavier since I have a squat rack and it about killed me but in a good way 💪 💪 love the no repeat workouts! You’re awesome!
