I’ve been an athlete most of my life. I’m pretty sure I’ve said and bragged about it before on Kay Kay’s site. I used to follow Caroline Girvan and then I found Kay Kay. She is THE BEST at transforming our bodies. She’s constantly doing abs throughout and she’s energetic, happy I’d think, and dedicated to a beautiful body and mind. We owe it to her and what she does for us to spread the word and subscribe. No, I don’t know her, but I believe in her. What she gives us with her experience is gold for our minds and body. Okay, now I’m finished bragging for her!

Ich habe keine Worte für dieses workout…. Es war einfach der absolute Oberhammer.
