This was really challenging but i feel exhilarated after your yoga session. Only thing is its too tough on the hands, my hand strength is zero so couldnt do the yoga posses properly but i practice daily. Hope one day i can ace it. Love from India , Arunachal Pradesh . :)

I'm a beginner and it was alright but some moves I think are more for advance yoga because some beginner have weak wrist and I think if your not flexible the routine is not as fun. She gave great instructions and there are moves that repeat so you start to memorize the movements. She also gave some tips to look out for that can help extend and open your moves which was great. I enjoyed the sweating but I think I am not at this level yet in terms of strength and even flexibility but each move can be edited to peoples abilities and don't have to be as extended as an advent yogee

This was a challenging class. Definitely got my heart pumping. Only thing I would find helpful is if you gave instructions with the name of the pose as well. It would make it easier to follow along without having to look at the screen constantly. Anyhow. Thank you!

Try mfr in your arms & palms before class. Check your alignment, modify where possible. But if it hurts too much than don’t force it, work with wrist mobility & arm lines tension release.

Instructions felt like they were on 2x speed, absolutely no use of traditional yoga terms for holds and movements. Only take this class if you want to stare at the screen the whole time and get injured.

I love the progression of the movements, specially the twists on the low back and opening of the breast in diagonal moves as in different positions with the hips, amazing!! . However, I couldn't teach this beautifull progression to my students is it possible that this level is more for advanced yogies? I Would love this same progression for beginners 🙏

I think see is a runner.. On the side of her regular yoga practice.. she also have the genes due to her ethnicity... The body start burning fat after 20 min matter if the pace is slow.. So many yoga teachers are not honest.. business as usual.. Enjoy😊

im not a runner ; at the time of shooting this video i was only doing my classes for many years; and it is 2021 when im 35 & my kids are 4 & 6. genes is an excuse not to try to understand why you are not getting results you want; fat is burned after your workout not during; but it depends on what you are doing during the workout; nutrition, rest, stress plays a great role too; do all my power yoga workouts for one year & lets discuss it again ❤️🔥 p.s. if you have questions i can help, but not when you write comments with attitude

Actually this is currently the best yoga channel on KZbin. 1. She doesn't give a F*** if we are able to do it, if it is too hard for us or not - we simply have to do it. 2. She shows moves to sculpture waist - most of the rest yoga teachers on YT focuses on overall exercises, while it is actually the waist which is the most decisive one in being attractive. 3. She is one of a few who provides longer videos for free - the rest shows shorter videos and wants us to pay for the longer ones. 4. Since Erik Christensen yoga channel mysteriously disappeared from KZbin, she seems to be the only remaining one (and consistently showing videos) who doesn't focus on earning money (although this asking to share her videos is somewhat awkward), but who focuses on helping us in getting better silhouettes. 5. She doesn't waste our time on those "spiritual" bullsh** In the beginning I found it hard to accommodate to her hard accent, yet the content she provides is worth it :-) Thank you!

I have praticed yoga for over 10 years. I would say intermediate level of yoga i can do with some modifications but this was beyond my capabilities. This was an expert level and had little explanation or alternative modifications. This should say in the title expert level. Maybe someday i can do this...
