Omg!!!this was challenging 😳 than I thought!!this should be renamed as killer plank workouts!!really felt on core and even on legs while doing Cresent lunges!!and that initial spinal warm up was really relaxing!!!great and challenging 50 min workout!!please bring more twisting core yoga flows for toned midsection!!thanks!!!

It started very mild but from the half way mark it really got the body working. Very good balanced session . The arm pulses towards the end w ere very challenging on the core. Thx

29/5/22 ✅ done. Just learnt a new pose, the egg pose. I feel rejuvenated 😊 and core engaged following this Pilate practice 💪🏾😸😌. Thanks Gayatri Yoga for the practice 😊✌🏿🤗

Really liked the combination of yoga and pilates. I always find back / shoulder excercises the most difficuly so need more practise. Thanks for a great class.

This is my first class with you. I found it challenging and exhilarating. I love the yoga/Pilates combo! Typically, I find myself doing more Pilates than yoga bc I get bored with repetitive yoga poses. This class definitely did NOT bore me! Thank you for changing things up for people like me. 🙏

This actually challenged my core strength! This is the best yoga channel I come across on KZbin because I am a very beginner and it is very helpful that she explains how to move your feet and hands for each position.

Hi Kristina, this was a great challenging core workout, thank you! I added lizard pose to stretch even more my hips when you suggested to grab the ankle, too bad I did not have my knee pad handy at this point in the workout it would have been more comfortable. I am new to your channel and enjoy all of your classes, even more the ones with cardio…. You are a fantastic instructor and you look amazing. Cheers to you!😉👏😍

Wow! That was a pleasant surprise! I worked up a very welcomed sweat and I definitely felt the burn. Different than what I am used to and challenging in a good way. I do have wrist issues so that was a bit rough for a minute but I stayed present and feel rewarded! Namasté

Hi.first time trying your workouts. That one is great. I am not into yoga (yet) but I try to have a daily Pilates routine and that one was exactly what my body needed this morning. The jumping part and the kneeling down and up from the lifted feet are parts I couldn’t do.hope you have other workouts like this one on your channel 🙏🙏🙏🙏

This was a great class! I've been doing your hip stretches classes and this was the first time I tried one of the Pilates and Yoga Fusion classes. I'm finding that what my sore hips are actually needing is not just stretching but also movement, and this class was really great for that! I did enjoy movement, most difficult for me was the side plank, my left side was great but couldn’t do it on the R) side. Overall great work out. ❤

Excellent!!! Look at your diet and balance of carbs and proteins; if you have carbs for breakfast , switch to protein & fat , some carbs ok too; no more than 4 hour windows between food; no late eating ; going to sleep earlier & balancing stress will support you on your weight loss journey . 💙

Hi Kristina, I loved it, as all your videos. I'm struggling to feel my core when doing the wide plank (bringing feet back and hands forward), I seem to only feel lots of tension on my shoulders and arms... Would you have any advise on how to correct my posture to feel it in the core? Thank you for all your content, is great 💙

For now you can do one on the knees. Do some foam rolling around your upper body to release tension. Make sure you can breath properly in the variation you take

HI, thank you! I would mix more challenging flows with lighter flows , but i would do different ones, to target different parts of the body; you can either make a. 5-6 day playlist and repeat it for 1 month, then switch to new. or do 30 days of different ones. kzbin.info/aero/PLBZsrExV-MtAM--KQOfeyujVLZK_-Zq7i

Just by consistent practice. Challenge yourself mindfully. It takes time but without challenge you will not build strength, take small steps.

Wow I can't wait to try this workout later in the week! Unfortunately, I tried doing your HIIT workout this morning and injured my right quad in the process. I decided that I should probably take a break and try another workout, so I attempted a HIIT workout by Chloe Ting and ended up injuring my left quad as well! I think my body is telling me I need a break haha. Hopefully this workout won't put such a strain on my quads :)

If you are overdoing it with tough daily workouts then you definitely need a break and give enough time for recovery. What do you mean “injured” . Try foam rolling (mindfully) your whole legs

@@gayatriyoga i try to give myself a rest day every Sunday, but maybe I need to space out my workouts more. And by injury, I mean I felt the quad muscle twist and now if I put too much weight on it I felt a sharp pain. I will definitely try using a roller on it!!

Hi I only do power yoga & sometimes hiit when i train private students on zoom. On my membership platform you can see what i do , i dont do much outside of what i record for youtube and members . There are many power yoga classes & 30 day weight loss program. http:/gayatri.yoga

Amazing session ...I have sciatica nerve pain can I do this regularly?? I started yoga last month because I was unable to brisk walk due to nerve pain in my leg.plz guide 🙏

Hi! If it doesnt irritate it and helps you feel good then keep practicing. Sciatic nerve is often pinched by piriformis. You can do hip opening flows. As well as try foam rolling around glute & hip joint, soft ball rolling around sit bone and outer bone on the thigh ( greater trochanter) . But be explorative , dont push listen to the tissues. Go slow & mild. ❤️
