Just discovered you through Nicole Wild’s yoga channel, and started with this sweat fest! Goodness, my mascara was all over the place afterwards! 😁 I really enjoyed the cardio and strength aspect of yoga moves to get the heart pumping. I literally don't know how many times I screamed ahhh!!! It took out the hell out of my wrist...can you please suggest how to balance the pressure on the wrists

If you are not used to bearing weight on your hands make sure to do a warm up stretches before any practice; do myofascial release of the palm /wrist/forearm - you can use soft spiky massage ball. Or a foam roller When you put weight into hands you should avoid brining weight into wrist only; You need to press the tips of the fingers , nuckles and base of the palm distributing pressure evenly. And don’t sink into the wrists push away the floor; also try pulling the mat into opposite sides; Foam rolling upper back and chest will help too.

Enjoyed the challenge of these movements, my arms feel like this was a great strengthening workout for them! Found it hard to follow what you were doing at times. Maybe wearing a different color of yoga pants would help in the future for viewing the movements easier in the lower body segments. Thank you for being my instructor today.

Thanks for the tutorial. However, I felt exhausted after the 1st 12 minutes because you dwell on one side of the body for several routines before switching sides. This affected my endurance quite significantly so much so I had to stop after less than 15minutes.

This was very unique and difficult for me. Can you suggest a level down video that is similar? I would love to work up to this level. I’m not a beginner, however I spend more time running outside and lifting weights. At age 46 I feel I need to incorporate more yoga 🧘♀️ Thank you for providing free and challenging classes 👍

try the 30 day yoga challenge ! it incorporates similar movements . but overall it will take some time for the body to get used to these moves if you've never done something similar. they were tough for me too , even though i felt strong & flexible in other moves; we just need to keep adding variety & working in different planes & ranges of motion. 💜

I made the mistake of doing all these intense workouts beforehand and trying to end the day with yoga but I honestly didn’t make it because my palms were sore. I should have done this early in the morning.

Feeling refreshed and energetic to face the day's challenge. 1st day throughly done and geared up for balance 29 days. Request you to add mannual and animations for each posture as some of the postures were difficult for beginners.
