Rachel you're AMAZING! My days of jumping are behind me, but I'm still showing up and working hard. Like you ladies always say, 'low impact does not mean easy!' I am definitely challenging my body, I get my heart rate up, and I'm usually drenched in sweat 😅 by the end.... I know heat waves very well 🥵. I'm originally from CT, the summers can be brutal with the mixture of great and humidity, and I'm currently living in Las Vegas so the Temps here get very high during the summer. Thank you for another awesome workout. I look forward to the next one! ❤

Whoo hoo! This was awesome! I loved the combos. The strength and cardio! I enjoy a variety of high and low impact moves and I appreciate the lower options for sure! This was spot on. More like this! Thank you!

This was one of the best yet! I do low impact because I tore an Achilles 4 years ago. I have learned to listen to my body, I do push a little sometime and go high impact where I can. Being in my early 50’s, I appreciate the two levels in your workouts!

This was an awesome, but sweaty workout. I did a mix of the high impact and low impact as I am slowly able to do more jumping moves. I did everything standing because while I am also slowly adding some floor work, the ones you have are a little too advanced for me. Thank you for another great and effective workout!!!!

I loved the overall format of this workout, combo of strength and cardio. I mixed low impact with high impact for a challenge, as I typically stick to low impact. New subbie! Fantastic channel 💪🏽

I was surprised that I burned as many calories as I did. I didn’t think I was working that hard. I also use lighter weights and did the low impact modification. I prefer low impact because of an old knee injury .

Hi there! Great question...There is a very big difference between the paid classes on KZbin and the content you get on Solin. On KZbin there are only a handful of paid hour-long classes. On Solin there are HUNDREDS of classes, many fitness challenges, and access to a great community of people. We put out a weekly calendar of suggested classes each week that contains at least two or three brand new classes. We are running a FREE three day trial right now if you are interested in checking out all of this content. You can find the free trial on our website www.rcfitnessathome.com We would LOVE for you to join our community!
