When you said "Maybe you are trying to save your life"... I just want to say that a year ago wanted to end it all, then out of nowhere, Sydney came into my life. Sydney, you helped me save myself. And I want you to know that I love you so much. In a couple of days it'll be my first year anniversary working out with you and I wouldn't change any of it.

That felt amazing and kicked my butt. I have been doing a hormone balancing diet that didn't allow me to work out through the fasting portion. I was finally able to kick the 20 pounds of stubborn weight that would not come off my body. I have been working out with you for a year and I fluctuated 1.5 pounds the entire time. I was so frustrated. Now that I kicked the weight my workouts feel different and my body is finally showing the results I've been waiting for. So thankful for your program and the workouts you provide. I look forward to working out with you and and every time.

My mom introduced me to this channel, and I decided today I wanted to do this exercise and Sydney I must say the last bit was something I needed to hear. I had a massive breakup with my bf with him telling me I wasn’t pretty anymore. And I want to workout again to prevent me from being unhealthy and feeling sad. But I need to do this for myself and I need to overcome the negative events that brought me down so thank you for being there in my and my mom’s life 💕

I loved the combinations in this workout! I would love it even more with a version that has shorter rest periods. The previous two weeks (prior to butt builder) felt more intense and I attribute that to the shorter rest periods. I am sure we are all up for the extra challenge. :) Thanks as always Sydney for providing these workouts to us!

Loved the workout and the easy effective exercises and her style of teaching throughout the workout However Did NOT like the repetitive messages at the end. Suggest also to add more arm stretches instead of repeating her message over and over at the end

Loved it amazing as always... but you do confuse things with your left and rights .. just stick to one method with that , you seem to switch. Also first leg workout you missed right leg , did left both times... your still awesome and inspiring. Look forward to you and your workouts everyday xx

I’m loving watching you become a better trainer, Sydney! As we progress to workouts from the last 18 months, you’ve become more relatable, more empathetic, and more aware that breaks are beneficial 😂 Today you were SO cognizant of showing how to modify, so honest about the struggle, but always always just as motivating and inspiring. This was a really fun work out! Anyone else not have the ceiling clearance for a shoulder press and calf raise?! 😬

Yeah I workout in my basement and the ceiling is really short but there is one corner of the basement (where the stairs are) that has a bit taller ceiling so that’s where I go for shoulder presses, tricep overhead extension , things like that lol 😂

I have very low ceilings ( it's an old log cabin) and i'm 5'11 🥴 but I've learned how to work around it - no jumping jacks, upper body strength training only standing on my knees 😆etc

@@riotty We have that crappy foam tile drop ceiling? So I shoved one panel out of the way. I still scratch my fingers on beams on occasion. It’s kind of startling when you walk in my basement and see this random gaping hole 😂 going to knees is a smart move!

I felt like the athlete that I am going into today’s workout. I crushed this workout because I slept well last night. I let go of my ex-girlfriend today because she’s in the past and it’s over. I’m looking forward to finding someone who appreciates me for who I am. I have learned valuable things about myself and grown from the breakup. I can’t believe that we’re starting Week 3 of the program. I’m looking forward to turning up the intensity and pushing myself as an athlete.
