Let's really CRUSH this full body strength workout together! We are starting out targeting your legs, moving onto your upper body, then your core, and then we have two circuits to close it out that target upper, lower, and abs! You're working for 40 seconds and resting for 20 so you've got plenty of rest time and time to change your weights if you need to! I am using 10, 15, 25, 35, and 40 pound dumbbells but as always grab the db's that work for you! LET'S ELEV8 TOGETHER!

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. I L❤️VED this one girl!! Whew! I was really dreading the 50 minutes today as it is Saturday and I didn’t sleep well last night on top of that. I went into it with thinking I would go as far as I felt I could and I #crushedit 💪🏻 LOVED the variety! It made the 3 rounds of 40 seconds fly by!! The whole workout flew!! Thank you thank you!! I even was able to push my weights more than usual! ❤️👊🏻😅 Looking forward to the 8 week Elev8 challenge!

I started challenge today, lost alot of muscle during lockdown. Now managed to order in some dumbells lets get it! Today was a sweat fest even without jumping up and down which i love. Less impact on my knees

🙋‍♀️I'm totally the girl who sleeps in her workout clothes 🤣Shoes next to my bed, I'm not fully awake until I get downstairs and start moving. But I have no excuses, it takes more work to change OUT of these clothes than to just crush a workout 💪

I am starting up with my feb committing to waking up with u at 5 am . So excited . But I have a question trying to lose 10 lbs and doing weight watchers and also eating 1200 calories . Do u think it’s better to do cardio first then your workouts or the opposite? Ty in advance looking forward to your response . Please

Georgiana Wickenden you don't need to add any extra cardio just do the workouts that are posted daily and you'll lose weight if you're eating in a calorie deficit.

I would say focus MORE on your nutrition than you workouts. Especially with only 10 pounds to lose...the less you have to lose the tougher it is. With that being said though, I would suggest cardio after strength training if you want to do that!

I only worked out one day last week (tuesday) because of a cold/coughing that has drained me. Woke up today knowing I wanted and needed to get back into my routine. SO thankful I did! Thanks Sydney for always being here for us!

Sydney , how many days a week will the work outs be intense ? Also I only have 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10 and 15 pound pairs of dumbbells , with this work for the program

It depends on your strength but I would say those would be great! As long as they're challenging you then they are perfect!!!

Great workout! I had to give up my gym membership because of my work schedule. I never thought I could stick to a home workout, but by chance, clicked on your workout one day, and OMG...I've stuck with you for almost 2 mos now! Your workouts are challenging for me, I've actually gotten stronger and have increased my weights! Thank you!!!

What an awesome abs burner, strength challenge and cardio boost workout. I was breathing and perspiring much after this one. It seemed like it would be cruise control but with the continuous up and down within the moves and getting on the floor and off the floor for another move, it kept my respiratory system pumped. Totally loved it. And the time just flew. Didn’t even have time to think “oh gosh 20 minutes to go 😖”. It was a great great workout. Thank you Sidney & Dustin. Much love from The Bahamas 😘

Sydney, how are you so magical? Each time I click on your videos, it is with the thought "okay, I can't do the whole 20/30/40/50 minutes, I'll just do as much as I have the energy for". Sydney Cummings I also wanted to share with you that I have not weighed myself in a long time, but during winter break when I went to my home country, everyone was surprised to see a drastic change in me. last month I gave up in the middle of one workout because I was really too sleepy. i did it next day instead of the stretch. i crushed them all last month and these next 8 weeks I 'm crushing it again!

I've just found u, 'n let me say that u r really great, u make me wanna do the workouts and most of all, I won't find any more excuses not to do them. I'm a dancer, I dance almost everyday for 1 hour, can I still add the full week workout plan? or should I lower the impact 'n do them one day and the other one I rest? thank u!!!!! I'm Italian, sorry if my English could be wrong or unclear. (I hope it doesn't :) )

Is it too late to join in? A friend of mine refered me to Syndey, I've always did Beach Body workouts but I'm excited to give this 8 week challenge a go!!
