Hi there! Some time ago I found your workouts on YT, through some recommendations online regarding workouts. I am workingout about 3 years now, I am doing it because I love it and feel great after and always got some kg to get rid of ;-) ups and downs on my way always... and one day I saw your channel and I got crush on it. The variety of workouts simply hit me! Love every single one I did. I will admit we (me & hubby) didn’t want to do this one today, exhausted from the week and nursing separate injuries but we showed up and #crushedit together! ❤️👊🏻 The format was great, the squat segment was tough!! Wow, this workout was really different! First I did Sydney's 10-minute Cardio Kickboxing Workout from last week, then I moved on to this one. By the time I got here, I was already revved up and sweaty! 😅💦This workout had so many interesting and different ways of moving, and I felt lots of core activation throughout the workout (always a plus!) 👍 Loved the squats variations, whew! Talk about quads and buns on fire! 🔥💪. And that last cardio blowout at the end was awesome for the abs!

The last third was great, but WHY SHOLDERS FOR EVERY SINGLE SET?!?!? I HAVE UGLY SHOLDER BUMPS, I can't do this if it's all sholders all the time

I’ve learnt to swap out what doesn’t work for me. So for example when I hurt my shoulder earlier in Feb I did pushups against the wall and standing mountain climbers to alleviate pressure from my shoulder. She always talks about making the workout your own, and that’s how I make it my own when I have a niggle in some part of my body. Good luck to you and hope that your shoulders heal soon

MODIFICATIONS PLEASE Not everyone can manage the plyometrics and aren't sure what we should be doing.

Jen S When she doesn’t show a modification, simply separate that move into 2 without the hop or jump. So for example the plank jacks, instead just step out with left then right.

@@Bongolesizwe thank you and appreciate your help! 😊 Some I moves I know how to scale down, but how does one scale back a single leg hop? There were a lot of moves yesterday in that style that really couldn't be modified. ( I have posterior tibial tendonitis/tears in both feet so plyo isn't my friend) It left me frustrated, and upset+tearful right from the start. After 20 minutes, I felt like a complete failure, so I turned it off and did a different workout. I know people say power through or get comfortable with being uncomfortable, but when it can cause further damage, it's not feasible 😔

I couldn’t hop either so I stood on one leg, held onto a wall for balance and did single leg (shallow) squat and marched instead of jogged on the spot. Don’t give up; challenges will always arise but be kind and patient with yourself. Pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones is not to push our selves to harm. You know your body - listen to it and then work accordingly. I for example can’t do push-ups because I’ve got weak wrists, have for years. So I’ve learnt to do push-ups with the palm of my hands off the floor🤷🏽‍♀️ I still get the workouts without the pain. Sometimes Sydney shows modifications, sometimes she doesn’t. Make a point of learning them or sometimes trying your own (like me lifting palms off the floor when doing push-ups, planks etc). Don’t let frustration get the better of you, you’ve got this 💪🏾🙌🏾

Your encouragement is already helping me to remember that I can do this and it's ok to not be able to hop, jump etc. All that matters is I keep going and do the best I can for me! I jump around between only a few instructors but you are my absolute most inspirational and challenging for HIT and lifting heavier dumbbells as I have never been able to do in my life. This after three car accidents and resulting 3 disc replacements. About to turn 50 in May so better late than never! 💪❤️💪

Woah! This is the hardest for me and not my favorite way to workout, BUT like you always say, "If you're not challenging yourself then you won't see change." I gave this my all and I really enjoyed it and definitely got a GREAT burn and workout in!!! Thank you again, S&D!!!!!

That was a tough one, but I crushed it! Lots of joint pain right now due to heavy inflammation from my Lupus, but I am battling through because I know moving and getting stronger only helps!

It has helped me tremendously since my diagnosis, and my doctors think that the good health and shape I was in before that are why I am was able to get to where I am today. Maybe your good example will get through to her.

I would like that also. The $30 a month is more than I would like to spend for internet. Cancelled my gym membership that was only 25 per month. I do everything from home or outside exercise! I never thought I'd find workouts that don't bore me. I love to be outside running, so my motivation drops in the winter and I was getting bored with the same old workouts...But your workouts really make me sweat, feel the burn, and I love the variety they incorporate. Hi Sydney, love your workouts, honestly I'm impressed I'm still keeping up at this point! :D I have a little issue though - that music has been really distracting and annoying (I don't know if it's just me)... I have problems hearing you but when I turn up the volume, the noise is just terrible... Could you at least consider putting it in the videos a bit more quiet? It's not like the music sets any rhythm anyway...

Sorry but this was a crappy workout! Hated it, ended up doing my own stuff! Small moves pulses is everything I hate. Also if you have knee pain, avoid this one, lunges and pulses and a lot of stuff on your knees, impossible for knee pain/arthritis sufferers! I think it's the very first time I hate a Sydney workout but hey, there's a first time for everything! Sorry for the negative review but we can't all love every workout Sydney does just because it's Sydney's ...
