Great workout. I did the 6 rounds of the AMRAP using 25# DB for the hang/clean and the alternating reverse lunges and 10# plates for the other two. Keep the 30 and 45 minutes full body workout coming. Thanks

This was great. I did 20 lb goblet squat, reverse lunges (x2 10 lb) and x2 10 lb wrights for everything else. I was able to complete 3 sets of section c. Only issue I had was SI joint pain near the end. but that's typical for me.

Got into my 4th round managed to do the 12 hang cleans as the 12 mins were up! Used 15kg my god the heart rate is up but I love it.

Ohhh my goodness this was tough. The 1st round i used 25lbs. 2nd 15lbs. The 12 minute AMRAP i used 12lb dumbbells and did 5 rounds. You were also tired in that round so i didn't feel too bad. I would love to see more 45min workouts. You have a full hour workout and I can't wait to try that one.

Hands down my favorite of the Titan 30 series!! After the first two rounds, I was thinking "I've got this nailed." But wait...AMRAP?!? MY! OH! MY! I got through 3.5 rounds. Looking forward to completing 4 rounds next time.

Great workout! Did way too heavy though. 50 lbs for the heavy and 30 lbs for light. Only managed 1 AMRAP with 30 lbs.

Tom, amazing workout! As always you’ve made me sweat a lot. Dumbbells: heavy-15kg light-11kg. Next time can go a bit heavier.. but ending was to tough, done only 3 rounds mostly with the lighter pair.. keep it up man!! I try to train 6days a week and wonder what exercise would you recommend to do the next day after this heavy workout? Cheers

I only made it thru 3 rounds of the amrap. I started off trying to keep pace with you but was falling behind. I got dizzy and nearly dropped my weights. I had to sit down to recover and by the time i was ready to got here were only a few seconds left. Guess i need somw cardio work.
