Let me comment honestly I started my journey in April then I was 62 kg people used to call me fat though I was medium then I started my exercise with only warm ups many of you are thinking like where to start first start with her beginners workout then I started following 15 min by some youtube influencer which was not much effective next I did zumba for 1 month but I wanted more and found her I actually started exercising emi's videos in the month of July daily I used to to different half hour or 20 min exercise and on different areas like some day leg some day abs she has all type of exercises from July till today I have lost 7 kg many may think it's less but for me it's big and best part is her motivation which is the most important thing I stick to her tried many other exercise during her to some change but couldn't without her motivation and if you are in doubt to start lying in bed do start if you start once you cannot stop it much love emi from India ❤️❤️

Starting workout after huge gap, updating here will keep me motivated to keep coming back to this Day1: tiring but finished it and felt really good Day2 : i was shivering today Day3 : still working on my balance. And there is a lot of pain in my leg too Day4 : took good about of time to heal one day Day5 : Today was so good, i had my balance back Day6 : still doing Day7: its going good Day8 : break/ did arm workout Day9: on it Day10: i feel and i believe to see results soon Day 11: its tiring as i combined with 2 more workouts Day 12: uf. Taking day off Day13

Do you do it daily? If yes then it's not good for you, you have to work on different muscles every two days, otherwise it'll be dangerous for you and your body.

This is a challenge! Looking forward to being able to add the full 30 mins to my routine. Right now I'm doing 15 mins of this + 1 hr treadmill walking, daily. Thanks Emi for the great exercises, I have 0 back pain from these.

@@n..2638 great question, i forgot to answer, sorry😅. So after all this time i did this workout for some weekes but couldn't do it every day cause my legs hurt so i also ran and did her abs exercises. I TOTALLY reccomend it and i lost 2 and a half kilograms doing all that (i also cut sugar from my diet but not completely, i still eat fruits and from time to time ice cream and stuff but less). To answer the question, yes, my legs are slimmer and have less celulite than before, i also want to say that when u have a day when you don't want to workout because your legs hurt too much you should just walk for a bit or do abs exercises. Hope i helped!

Day 2 : my lower body hurts so bad so i took a rest . I'll do it tomorrow ❤️‍🩹 Day 3 : complete . Day 4 : I forgot . Day 5 : completed ( I can feel the tone in my thighs also it was easier and less painful than before )

I like it when it gets tough during exercise cuz i kno dey is reaction taking place,it ws my day 1 tdy wil do for 20 non stop days mixing with other leg exercises really want to burn fats my thighs and tone my legs

I embark on a challenge to do those exercises every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday for 3 months as well as other exercises I WILL PUBLISH the results and my feelings during all this time to motivate me. Day 1: 04/10/2023 I felt that it burn at the level of the outside of the thighs the exercises were simple except the cursy lunge to side raise and the reverse lunge to knee raise I thought I was going to fall. Day 2: 06/10/2023 I've had a bit of soreness during the days I'm not practicing, but otherwise I've had an easier time doing the exercises and I EVEN find balance when I'm doing the Cursy lunge to side raise one . I also would like to lose like 5-7 kg so what can I do ? I started eating healthier and just 3 meals and 1 snack but from healthy recipes and I just drink water. I should add something or its fine I can't really do diet cause I'm teen so my parents would not agree ( for them I'm slim )

Try doing pull-ups and jumping I'm 14 too. Don't diet just don't eat junk food and candy often, diets are bad right now since you're growing, eat a lot of meat and veggies and complex carbs (carbs with alot of fiber) that's what I do

hmm i am also 14 i just want to share my routine i am doing workout 2 times morning and evening same workout . i am doing some slim thighs and calves workout because my legs are fat but my legs are long and i am doing slim legs workout maybe my legs look more long after getting slim and i am also doing slim hips workout and slim waist + abs workout and some slim back and slim arms workout Diet:- i am eating only one meal a day and avoid junk food , oily food and sweets. instead of eating junk food i am eating brown bread and fruits / veggies i am also indian
