Raneir keeps coming up with new variations I love it! Those jump lunges feel so much more safer on my knees and more controllable in general. The lateral jumps were my favorite! So many moves on here I forgot about the time after we got halfway through (then remembered during that finale 😂)

I like SOME push-ups, because they are a challenge and therefore good for me, however, my wrists get sore after too many activities with flat palms. I'd love to see more options for modifications for people with wrist sensitivity. Push-ups from the elbows are awkward. Anyway, love you Ranier! I'm a teacher and I have to go back to work today. This work out got me all pumped up for the school year!

Do pushups upright against a wall to build wrist strength. (The further away your feet are from the wall the harder it is)

I have wrist problems too. You can put dumbbells on the floor and hold the handles instead of putting your palms flat on the ground. If I don't have dumbbells available sometimes I just make fists and keep my wrists straight and stable (this only works for standard pushups, but the dumbbells also work for wide pushups)

Another great workout from Coach Pollard! I am team pushups. I didn't like them a few years ago but after much practice, I do pushups with ease and feel great doing them. Please keep the pushups! One can always modify. Like Christa Dipaolo says, no shame in my game. ;)

The title is more intimidating than the training actually is. With some active recovery in between exercises and plenty of modifications its a viable option for intermediate-level and advanced athletes* 💪 * except the finisher but I won't say a word more 💦

Awesome workout, but really sad about the ad component. I'm all for ads and follow several fitness groups/people and one MAYBE two short ads in a 45 minute video is ok. I'm only 15 min in and there's already been 3 ads. Totally kills the vibe and takes me out of the zone.
