For those of you on the fence about buying the glute resistance band, they are worth the investment! They take your glute work to another level and if you’re already working out with Sydney regularly then you know you’ll get use out of them.

Agreed! I’ve have invested in other bands in the past but they wear out quickly. The RC bands are by far the best I’ve had. I’ve had them for maybe 2 years, used them regularly, and still the same quality and resistance.

Always test things out and see how it lands, tweak and adjust to what suits you. You will be empowered more when it comes through you rather than when someone tells you to do it. Kudos to our coach for this approach, that is genuine change when it is driven by you.

Adjustable weights: perfect! Because we are beating reps, there’s no scurry to change weights. DB swing is maybe more awkward than with a kettlebell but you’re probably already used to that. This format was nice! I always want posterior chain to be the focus on lower body day, and this nailed it. A little quad but lots of booty!

One video some weeks back, Sydney said "don't panic" when burn set in. That was actually super helpful, and I repeated it multiple times today. Tells your brain to calm down and that you can do it!
