Started doing exercise from today only.. I gained 18 kg postpartum and not losing any weight after reducing 9 kg.. current weight is 59 kg. Goal is 50kg. I could barely exercise for 15 min today..so instead of doing 45 min workout ans skippping 2 days.. I will just form a habit first. 15 min. 20..30..45 min.. Wish me best

Started weight : 76 Kg Day 1 -- 23:32 min Day 2 -- Full workout Day 3 ❌-- Skipped Day 4 ❌-- Skipped Day 5 -- Full workout Day 6 --Full workout (lack of time did another Emi 30 min exercise) No change in body weight stucked at lossing an ounch of weight.

Don't get influence from social media one can be all chubby they want but if someone wants u to be healthy and fit then that's not wrong and u will never love someone unhealthy+ it's also not good for ur ownbody

After about 3month of doing your workout my weight before 45kg, now 39-40kg and I have abs too.🤭(height 1.47m) I decided to change myself for 2025 before I turn 20th, I started to workout at the middle of August now I reached my goal even before 2025.😂 And it’s become my habit too, I still continue working out everyday.
