He pushed her. She landed mangled but alive. He climbed down to make sure she was dead and found that she wasn't . He then murdered her. And since he's taken a deal no one can do anything about it. I pray he doesn't get his daughter back and I pray he keeps his word. All women and minor girls will be safe from him forever. My heart goes out to Rhonda's mother and daughter.

I think he's pretty much admitted it here in the end of this video though. I think he was finally somewhat honest. He knows they can't try him again so why not? He's likely not getting his kid back at this point.

I wouldn't be surprised if the marks were from her hands holding on for dear life not her feet slipping. Also, he had to know a rainstorm was coming. i think he had a smirk because there's more to the story... just think, guys as arrogant as him tend to be decent liars, so he wouldn't let it out that easily.
