I really enjoyed the concept of the HDMI ATV stick. With just a simple swap you can upgrade the smart tv features and performance. I wish every smart tv/projector was like this. But it should include a USB hub and 4k HDR certification for the multiple streaming platforms. Great review as always.

Totally agree, the module slot in stick for upgrades is great but then that lack of external port support is a little annoying.

@@shartak5020 you're missing the point. The BenQ Android TV stick comes in the box with the projector as a dongle. It's like any other TV stick. Therefore you can use any streaming stick that you've already been using like a Google / Amazon / etc OR use the included dongle for Android TV.

Exactly I'm using the Dynalink I recently reviewed and it has chromecast, 4k HDR Netflix and 4k Amazon Prime video support so all good. And it's like $39 so cheap enough.

No this uses 3840 x 2160 pixels 4k, you can tell even in my video as at 1080p with pixel shift it would not look anywhere near as sharp as I've captured it.

How far was the projector from your screen to get the 100in image? I have a setup since 2014 (not for gaming) and mine has to be about 4m from the screen and am wondering if this one would give a humongous picture or if it could work

Regarding the temp, what is your room temp?

About 26 degrees C. It does push out a bit of heat after 2 hours the room was a few degrees warmer.

This, as I do game a bit with the projectors using my PS5. The input lag being 16ms is a lot better than the 40ms+ on the XGIMI so this BENQ is much better.

@@isaacrank9583 it says off in the menu. But apparently this is an issue with viewsonic as well their 3D isn't out the gate. My Optoma have 3D out r gate but one is the ports can't hold 120hz like it should. Always a damn issue I tell ya
