When I bought my Explorer this year I got in contact with the AD that originally sold it because it is a 2005 serial but came with an 07/08 calendar, and it just turned out it was sitting at the AD for a year or two before it was sold, how times have changed

I really like you content and 4K reviews. I truly believe you like your watches and you truly care for them to the point of too much.. But I understand that some people are like that and I respect it. However I do have a question: What type of watch collector are you? Do you collect modern pieces? Investment pieces in limited editions? Rolexes and other? Guys, what’s a good value USD for a Kermit full set- never serviced, never polished- comes with additional black bezel in case I want to keep the green bezel mint? This is not a big deal since I have a 2019 Sub no-Date. On the fence between this Kermit vs GMT Coke (2001) also with papers and box 😆. Fun problem to have indeed

Nice, but there is definitely a premium associated with the true anniversary flat 4 watch. This is a nice watch to wear. Flat 4 versions are mostly in the safe at this point.

No important release in 2019 ? Ever heard of the 321 platinum featuring the Lemania 2310 ???? Bravo with the Kermit .... Nice find. Case looks much better than current version. And yes, the hunting is much nicer than just walking into a store and flipping your Amex card.

Chronometer tags can be added aftermarket but the hang tag is a nice “garnish to the dish” but not necessary, in my humble opinion. The thing that matters are things like the original receipt and guarantee certificate (or service papers from Rolex). However a full set like this is going to be harder and harder to find!
