Actually happend to me had a bracket racer 15 years ago used to run local club racing 8-9 second car. Playing with the tune cop car drives up I figured someone got pissed off turned out the officer had been into hot rods wanted to know about getting into club racing. I showed him what it cost how much I had invested and such. Never won any trophies but it was fun for a few years until I sold it got into aviation bought a Pitts Special bi-plane.
