I swear that engine sounded like it had more in it. Like if it was geared differently or something it would be much faster

May be getting the ECU flashed. 148 mph was 8500 out of a possible 9000 rpm. The speedo is also more accurate than most of the other bikes tested. Right now , my HD Pan Am is king dog in the garage ( adventure bikes ) at 155 Mph. It was at 9300 rpm, 300 above redline.

BMW R 1300 GS top speed is 230km/h. Same with BMW 1250
