This is why I hate people like this. If you want to play music, go for it, but you need to know when you aren’t doing good. You need to be able to be self aware otherwise your setting yourself up for failure. I’m not a believer that you need to have a god given talent to be good at music, but you do need to practice and be critical on yourself and learn what works and what doesn’t.

@@MagicallyElena Nah, the manager/red shirt didn't deserve that. If you watch the full episode you'll see that the owner funneled all the money out of that place to fund his other projects. So that's why they have no food and everything is broke and the Manager can't fix anything. The only thing that should be on him is that the staff should still be cleaning, but I guess they just lost the desire to keep the place going since the owner did. The owner was lying to Taffer and Taffer eventually figures that out.

I am very confused about something. When I got my bartender’s license in Washington it was made very clear that drinking while bar tending was illegal - even if it’s a volunteer event. In order to run a successful bar you need to bring in women. Hands down the most important. Even other women like seeing women in a bar/club. The problem is people dont let it happen organically by having an awesome establishment so they have their staff dress a certain way. Or try to expedite the process in a way. You are 100% correct, that brings one type of customer. Sounds weird but you kind of want to discourage the "regulars" cause they're generally the sweaty dude by the keg type who chase the potential women (who draw crowds) away.

Yes, Terry, the owner, was just a sleazeball that did nothing and blamed everyone else for his own incompetence. John told him to pony up the cash, as a down payment on the second rescue, to show that he was committed. Terry made an excuse that he couldn’t write a check because he didn’t have enough money and John called him out on his bullshit and walked out
