I just found your channel and have literally watched 15 videos in the last 4 hours! Your science based instruction is outstanding and though I've been working out for 35 years and have read and researched a ton, I have learned so much from you in this tiny snippet of time. I just downloaded your app and can't wait to dig right in!!! Thank you so much for sharing your passion with us.

Awesome, again! Your verbal instructions and visual demos are so beyond the norm and SO important for correct technique. Not only important to help minimize injury potential, but also this helps make the exercises more effective. As a PT, I find your knowledge base exemplary. 🙏🏼💃

WOW Cory, this has to be my most favorite ab exercises I've ever seen, not only will it add resistance to my core training but I also get to work my favorite parts to train as well, my delts, triceps, lats, not to mention glutes. This will definitely cut down my at home training time and it's a whole new level of challenge. Really knocked it out of the park on this one!

Morning.. as a 30 year professional movement and fitness trainer/educator.. I have been following your videos for quite some time.. I am here to congratulate you on presenting some of the most effective and impressive perspectives and specifics of proper injury free exercise sequences. In my career.. I have been involved in the development of similar core and functional movement routines.. and find that your videos explain and educate the viewers with concise and clear movement cues and guidelines. Your work is so needed for the human body.. and tracks similarly to what I have developed and taught for over three decades.. and in many ways.. presents it better. So congratulations on excellent performance.. shared in such a smart and clearly caring way. Please bring us more... thank you

Great exercise selection! I have to say I really appreciate that you went through each exercise in such detail. Core dysfunction is something I see with my clients more often than not and it’s something I have delt with myself. Unfortunately, most of these people don’t realize they have these compensations and so when they watch KZbin videos with a bunch of cool core exercises of course they’re going to want to try them out themselves. But if that video doesn’t cover proper form/technique, set up, which muscles to focus on, etc, then it’s more than likely that they will be reinforcing their compensated patterns and could even possibly set them up for injury. So awesome job for being a responsible you tube trainer!

Not pivoting the foot to activate the glutes more is something I've never heard of. Makes so much sense. I'm so used to pivoting my foot but don't think of the glutes. I tried it and it was really effective. But I have a question. Is the move for core or glutes?

I struggle with the pull over crunch because every time I pull the bands down, I seem to gently slide up over time and keep having to adjust myself between movements. I have tried working on a mat and on carpeting, but I still seem to slide. Any suggestions?

I have found your videos to be extremely helpful. I am a beginner and I’ve been watching a lot of your videos. I don’t have gym equipment so what would you say would be the best things to purchase as a beginner to start doing more challenging workouts? These bands seem to be a good way to start.
@redefiningstrengthOC4 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Bands would be a great way to start as they can be used for a full-body workout and really used in any space especially if you get a door anchor!

Thank you. I mix bands and kettlebells. I much prefer loop bands. These loop bands have no handles. They can be thrown in suitcases on trips. Even while on planes no metal to set off metal detectors.
@michellelabich53454 жыл бұрын
Really appreciate your breakdown of each exercise, thank you! I would like to know which bands you are using, I think the bands I have are too tight and that makes it so difficult.
@AncoraImparoPiper4 жыл бұрын
Maybe start off with the lightest bands you have to work on correct form first and then move on to a heavier band. You can also try to stand a bit closer to the point of attachment, which will stretch the bands less and make them easier to work with.

I have a question about the second exercise. Would I have to tie the band on the other side as well? What I mean is in the video you show yourself holding the band from the left side would you also want to do the move by holding the band from the right side as well? I ask cause I'm wondering if holding the position of you would be working one side more than the other to prevent the rotation. Thanks for the video and I hope my question is clear.
