After watching a lot of videos and trying these so called effective advices, I can vouch for him here. The things that worked for me and will also work for you for sure is: 1. Try everything, you will know which exercise suits you better. 2. Make sure you focus on mind and muscle connection and not on weights and reps. 3. Control the eccentric movement, trust me this will rip your chest. This goes for every movement. 4. Rep ranges should be altered according to load, also make sure concentric movement must go for 2 secs and eccentric movement must range from 3-6 secs. 5. My wrist started hurting as soon as I tried lifting heavier cause of wrong wrist posture, don't go for suicide grip ever. 6. Long length partials are also good when doing fly exercises try these in your last set when you are close to failure.
