Hi Chris, You have literally changed my life. I was diagnosed with Crohns Colitis since i was 10 years old. Ever since then i have literally been a stick with no energy or motivation. But these past few years with the proper nutrition/diet protocols and Excercise routines from your channel I have been in the best shape of my life. I am in complete remission and will stay this way. Thank you very much.

I cured my Chrons Colitis by eating raw meat with raw animal fat as my main source of food. I also drink lots of raw milk mixed with unheated honey, I eat tons of raw eggs, fruit in season, and raw cheese. Look into the work of Aajanous Vonderplanitz, it literally saved my life. After starting the diet, the pain, bleeding and 20+ trips to the bathroom stopped in only 2 weeks, and I feel so good in more ways than one that I haven't stopped this diet and its been 4+ years. Good luck to ya and eat as much pasture raised, preferably local meat as possible.

Your advices have led to the most effective exercises I have ever done (and most excruciating), but results speak for themselves. I did calisthenics and bodyweight exercises mostly, but I have found these extra tips of yours for some types of exercises to be far more effective and satisfying to me personally than any painful occasions before that in the gym. In the process I took a muscle gain plan from Dietarize, and without any additional supplements needed, my muscles started to grow massively over the last two months. Thank you Chris for all the work you have done over the years.

Hi Chris, Thank you for your dedications with all the videos! And I love how you are always trying to promote healthy eating by cooking at home! There are a few things I would like to point out though, sugar free syrup might have other chemical components that are not necessarily a good sugar substitute. Granola chunks could be packed with chemicals, sugar and preservatives. The Oat waffle looks great, but you really have to wash the oats very well before cooking. In general, it’s better to read the food package carefully before purchase/use. Best to avoid buying processed foods! Wishing everyone healthy and well being! 🙏

Thank you! You make staying healthy much easier ❤️. I made a slight mod to the waffles. I blend the blueberries & maple syrup with a small amount of water and use to drizzle over waffles. Makes them more moist and tricks the brain into thinking you are indulging in much more syrup! 🥳

If you want to keep the bread from ripping, immediately put it in the pan after covering both sides with the egg mixture. Don't soak it for more than 3 seconds on each side. Or he's probably screaming about using a 110 calorie slice of bread instead of 50 calorie bread or the fact that no normal person has one slice of bread for breakfast and will be satiated after 🤣

All these breakfast meals are so doable. I love French toast, waffles and omelets. Parfaits *drools* I probably need to work on my portion size though. LOL I wish I liked avocados.

Pernilla's 2 minute crunchy granola I hope you guys check out Pernilla Stryker's channel as she is absolutely amazing as she gives out so many different delicious low calorie high protein recipes!

That sugar free syrup is probably worse for you than regular syrup. The added sweeteners to make it sugar free…are worse than sugar.
