Sir - very good information and also different from rest where others advise to take it daily including rest days. Please answer if one can take creatine for very long time without any off cycle? Or one needs to come off this after few months?

creatine can be taken any time in day, although there is a benefit taking it around your workout, but the difference is almost negligible.

There's nothing wrong in taking creatine on rest days. If you want to maintain the optimum levels of creatine in your body then you need to take it daily. Let's say if you workout on alternate days then if one follows your advice he can't achieve saturation, nor he could reap the benefits of it. 😅😅

Summary - - Don't do creatine loading - Don't take creatine on non training days. - Fix water intake - Dont stop creatine during cutting/ fat loss - Dont run after specific creatine variants. Stick to creatine monohydrate - Can take creatine with water, protein shake, coffee or juice.

He forgot to tell that it is good/beneficial with coffee or caffeine in moderate amount. But now a days the amount of caffeine people are taking with pre-workouts, it can become quite risky.
