Your videos and combination of instruction are excellent! Using the visual aids are awesome- skeletal photos are very helpful- than moving into the demonstration. Nice repeating of reminders* Also explains the Feeling* where we will feel.. the stretching of the areas we are working on. I am learning so much here. I am 77 years old and have the dreaded "forward head" posture, and the "hump." It would be impossible for me to lie on the floor without a pillow under my head. I also have an artificial shoulder and two artificial knees. The shoulder is very tight - 5 years ago. These exercises that you provide are so appreciated. I plan to do them daily. Thank you!

I really appreciate your videos. Do you think these exercises could tighten the skin on the front of the neck--what some refer to as turkey neck? Or isn't there anything that can be done to eliminate the sagging skin.

Very nice and clear video. You present very clearly Just wondered, Is there any risk of vertebral artery injury with the SCM stretch? I thought rotation with extension can be problematic.or am i wrong?

That movement carries similar risks as going to the hairdresser and leaning the head backwards for a wash.

How are you Doc, thankfully I don't have this problem but,I do enjoy your videos! I learn something everytime. Amazing when you got to the part of the suboccipital muscle, I've had a stiffness(sore feeling) and I tried your exercise and yes, I felt relief instantly. Thanks! I have a question about (sciatica) if you don't mind. I did a little research about it but not getting answers. The problem is once in awhile as I stand up I feel pain in my backside, it's not from my lower back or the back of my leg it's just in that area. Could it be from my knees I played a lot of sports, and work out three to four times a week,?. I appreciate your time Doc. PS, my progress is well,with what I'm learning from. Thank you.

Ah, depends on the cause. Sometimes knock knees are caused by a hip weakness or pronated feet, then yes. If it is anatomical, I am afraid not.

How about really doing the exercise on each side? I know it is stupid, but on some of those beginning exercises where you are turning parts in various directions, it would help to do both sides rather than saying little more than do it on the other side. Please develop each side. Thanks! These are great for a chronic headache sufferer. May I double the request where you do each exercise, each side as a sort of exercise tape? Stopping and starting this original repeatedly is past frustrating. Thanks.
