These videos are gold :-). Thank you so much. I would like to start with few of the exercises but what I would need to keep me motivated is to know what to expect, after how long I should see some changes? How many times a week should I do the exercises so I can see some improvements? Also, for the humpback exercises (brilliant as well! ) I have the same questions. Some exercises for the abdomen would be great as well! In any case, you are truly a fortunate discovery for me for 2021, thank you again.

Can’t wait to try these. I try to think of my posture a lot now because It’s something I’m concerned about so I catch myself a lot when I’m on my phone I’m almost hunched over my phone and neck all the way down and I catch it and correct it now. I have horrible lower back pain. And very weak knees. I couldn’t walk before for more than about 7-10 mins. I’ve gotten a lot better and can walk and stand for an hour now and a bit longer. Thanks for these!

I recently learnt the term Chiropractic from my cousin for my back related issue, and then I found this video on KZbin for buffalo hump which I tried and Doctor your video was so very impressive that I subscribed immediately and today I see this video which will help me greatly with my issues. These videos are so useful! Just by trying out a few of them while watching your video has felt so good on my shoulders! Can you make a video on adjusting your sitting position at a desk when writing notes? (I'm a student and find myself hunched over the desk while writing, a lot more than I would be if I was just on the laptop) I'm worried I'm getting into bad habits, looking forward to your tips!

Hello... will these exercises help with myfascial pain dysfunction syndrome of the shoulder blades? Do you have any suggestions for plantar fasciitis? How to get rid of the pain and how to prevent it from coming back? Thank you for sharing🥰

Hi new subscriber here. I was wondering about the second exercise, about 2.50 mins in, I struggle to bend backwards because my neck really hurts when I lift my chin up, would you recommend I persevere with the or avoid it? I have slight disc bulging in my neck/upper back. Thanks in advance.

You might want to get some professional advice if you have a disc bulge in your neck before doing these exercises

Would you say those posture correctors you can buy and wear help? it's like a strap that pulls your shoulders back.

I think they could help indeed, but view them as temporary gimmicks, like nicotine gum will help when you try to quite smoking.

What about tightness of the pectorals? What about external rotation of shoulders? What about strengthening neck extensors?

Didn’t you see the stretch where he put the broom behind his back and the chin tuck is for the neck extensors

Hmmm... looks awfully uncomfortable.. especially on your stomach exercise... couldn’t you get the same results just doing arm, shoulder and back strengthening exercises on a total gym?
